Local supermarkets, restaurants and shops are just a short drive away, and it takes only 30mins to reach the coastal resort of Marbella and 20 minutes to Fuengirola, while Malaga airport is just 30mins away. Seville, Granada and Cordoba, with much-improved new roads, are no more than two and a half hours away by car – all perfect for a day trip. There is a lovely restaurant within a few minutes walk and also two really excellent bar/restaurants within a 10 minutes’ walk. This well-presented villa sleeps up to six with two double bedrooms (one with en suite shower room) and one twin room. There is a separate bathroom (wheelchair-accessible wet room), a modern well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with satellite TV (all main UK stations) and CD and DVD players. The house has full air-conditioning/heating and WiFi internet access. Recently added is a fabulous sun room – now fully enclosed/glazed with removable windows – with ample space for dining and relaxing, and with the added bonus of a second TV and another kitchen with charcoal/wood barbecue, hob, second fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The swimming pool is set in a charming garden with lawn, flowerbeds and paved terraces/patio. An added bonus is that the villa is fully wheelchair-friendly, with wide internal doors and a ramp from the driveway into the house. There are shallow Roman steps into the pool (no ramp), but we can organise the rental of a pool hoist if required (at guests’ cost). For out of season holidays, there is also a wood burning stove in the sitting room, just to make it extra cosy.
