Just a 5 minute drive to the “white village” of Coín, with easy access via a concrete track, it is in the heart of the Andalucian countryside yet only a 20 minute drive to Marbella and the coast. A very popular restaurant is within a 10 minute walk. This conveniently located traditional Spanish villa has flexible living accommodation, with three principal bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Then in the mezanine there is a double sofa bed. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a cosy wood burner for cooler months of the year, and air conditioning for the hot summer months. There a spacious shower room plus an outside toilet and wash hand basin. For easy daily living there is a well fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, full-height fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The wonderful purpose built summer kitchen/BBQ house a fitted kitchen and dining area. And all our guests have used this extensively whether in summer or winter. Gardens surround the house and the swimming pool and ample garden furniture and sunbeds complete the scene for a fantastic stay in Andalucia.
