There is a double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a put u up for an extra guest if needed.    A huge picture window  looks out to the pool and gardens. A/C  cools the house.  Fully equipped with new electrical appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer etc.  Outside there is a large timber porch  with rain and shade proof roofing, a good sized pool of 8 by 4 m, gardens  and a fantastic barbacue area with summer kitchen. There is also an outside bathroom close to the barbacue area. The property is situated in lovely orchards of mixed fruit trees , and tremendous views. The location is ideal, being quiet but not off the beaten track. The local small towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coín are an easy 5-10 minute drive away. Malaga airport is 35 minutes to the east Marbella and its fantastic beaches 35 minutes to the west and Fuengirola 20 minutes due south.
