The completely private pool zone is perfect for outside dining with plenty of space to relax, either in the sun or in the covered barbecue /summer kitchen area. A separate orchard area at the rear of the house provides plenty of space for the children to run about, and with no neighbours they can be as loud as they like! This fully modernised country house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,( one ensuite), American kitchen and living room. There is airconditioning throughout although not often needed as the houses with its traditional thick walls maintains ambient temperatures in summer and winter.
